An Oklahoma news anchor has revealed she suffered the beginning of a stroke live on air after she started stumbling over her words.
Julie Chin, who works for the NBC affiliate KJRH in Tulsa, was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after she found herself struggling to read the teleprompter in front of her.
“The past few days are still a little bit of a mystery, but my doctors believe I had the beginnings of a stroke live on the air Saturday morning. Some of you witnessed it firsthand, and I’m so sorry that happened,” Chin said in a Facebook post late Sunday.

Wow, she looks far to young for a stroke. Prayers.
“The episode seemed to have come out of nowhere.”
So, tell me, Miss Chin, when was your last covid-19 booster?
A shame.
I was shocked today to learn that Pauley Perrette who played Abby the NCIS forensics lab character had a stroke a year ago. After other hard times of domestic abuse, being raped and also an “assault by a crazy homeless person and almost died.” Plus hair dye allergy that put her into the ER.
“ The past few days are still a little bit of a mystery…”
From a 30 something year old with sudden expressive aphasia
Ya. Nope
She likely got hauled over to the nearest ER where a stroke alert was called, she was swarmed with university of ok MDs, interns, nurses, techs, pharmacists and directors and her producers swarmed the admin offices where they all got together and ran to the ER
She prob got all the latest stroke treatments, MRIs up the yin Yang. They’ve looked at every part of her body, family history everything she’d ingested, touched and walked past over the past two years
And it’s all a bit of a mystery.
“Some of you witnessed it firsthand, and I’m so sorry that happened”
ok, but no apology is necessary
Add one to the VAERS count?
It’s happening.
These days
Horrible.
Sudden Adult Stroke Syndrome - SADS
.. and cashed in
Wow lots of strokes and heart attacks among young people these days I wonder why that is?
Probably the same as it always was but now people hasten to post it on the
Internet.

Sorry. I’m laughing so hard. I know I should not.
Does FR not have any nurses or doctors who can provide some first hand accounts of what’s really going on?
Can’t remember ever of seeing anyone go stroke live on the air
Wouldn't that be SASS? Or maybe SUSS (Sudden Unexpected Stroke Syndrome) also because they'll never "suss out" the true cause.
I’m sorry she suffered a stroke on the air. But that’s nothing compared to Joe Biden. He seems to suffer a stroke every time he’s in front of a camera.
Haven’t noticed any on here, but there’s various doctors reporting on their experiences on the internet.
