I’ve been warning about this since January 2020. Sounded crazy then. But it wasn’t. I devour history books and it’s all written over and over and over. Normalcy bias is a great killer of nations.

There will be migrations big and small. Both personal and population-sized. Entire tribes will move, as has been happening already. Many of these Europeans and Americans will soon realize they did not just welcome in millions of individuals. They welcomed in tribes and groups that come with their own structures.
These are not so much predictions. More like saying there will be big waves during the hurricane. Or heat and smoke during a forest fire. Those are not difficult predictions. This is the way things go. Drop a rock. It falls.

For those that don’t know him he is a conservative (i think I can categorize him as that) award winning war correspondent and reporter extraordinaire that has literally interviewed people from all over the world; Hong Kong anti commie protestors to isolated Indian cannibals in jungles on the subcontinent.

This is the thing that has kept me up at night for some time now. Nothing, in the short term, can be done to remedy what is coming at us.

It wont be the UK that collapses first, it will be China/Japan/Italy. The UK will collapse with a collapse of the Eurozone as a whole.
Russia had a chance to weather this storm as their national debt was relatively low, but with the invasion no one will need to buy their resources (and thus wont) if we roll into a full winter scenario.
I doubt he is correct on China, they will do just fine and will emerge as the most powerful country when it is over.
Russia can only be the second.
As for the West (and the US) — it is gone. Pray that it leaves peacefully and does not ruin the entire mankind.

Well, since I haven’t read his stuff for years, I have no recent posts to compare it to. He was usually pretty spot on in the past. IIRC the last things I saw from him were before we left Florida over 10 years ago. Sadly, too many ostriches are clueless as to what is going on.
There will be global food shortages and not a damn thing can’t be done about it in the near-term. Central Banks and their puppet governments can print their way out of financial crises, at least temporarily, but you can’t print your way out of food and energy shortages.
I first heard of him during the George W. Bush years. It has been so long now, I can’t remember what my possible issue with him was.
