More frightening than the speech, is the willingness of Americans to gorge on the rhetoric.
I actually missed Biden’s Thursday-night speech in real-time, but when I woke up yesterday morning, I discovered that what I thought were memes, were actually soundbites and unmanipulated images.

The lighting and staging of Biden’s speech evoked pure dystopia — all I could see was the wicked High Chancellor Adam Sutler from the film V for Vendetta.
No doubt, his rhetoric was deeply unsettling — he actually said, “MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
However, what I found most disturbing, was my own countrymen’s rabid enthusiasm to devour the callous polarization.

But then, Friday morning, I skimmed Twitter, and came across the hashtag #DarkBrandonRises, which was being used to share content in support of Biden’s freaky address. Below is some of what I found:
Republicans were not ready for Dark Brandon. What we are seeing is their collective shock of having a Democrat call them out, sometimes by name, for their bulls***, fascist or otherwise. This is strong leadership and I am here for it.

Anyone who is Pro-Democracy isn’t triggered when the President calls out Fascists. Anyone who is Pro-Democracy wants a President to call out Fascists.

If you’re offended and angry at President Biden’s speech tonight, you should know you’re a facist [sic] and he was speaking directly to you.

We went to a local HS football game last night. The National Anthem was played, every man, woman and child stopped what they were doing, hand over heart, hats off, and SANG. There was no ‘protest kneeling’ by the players or coaches or staff.
And that was just one tiny football field in one tiny Cow Town. And that happened 100,000+ times last night at High Schools from coast to coast. More love this country than hate it. More want the Socialists gone, than the raving nutters (Brandon, et al) want destruction.
And today we’re all going to The County Fair. And Sunday we will go to Church. And on Labor Day we will celebrate with friends and family around the grill or campfire. We will NOT be going to some Commie parade honoring the jack-boot thugs that want us dead.
Thats because Civics is not taught in the schools anymore and they dont know what Democracy really is ...

I don't get it. Why are Leftists promoting a slogan that goes against everything they believe in?
They are embracing the name "Brandon," which itself is a kind of slur on Biden, and praising "violence" (because you know "speech is violence") against more than half of Americans.
So this is the "real" Biden, taking off the mask? And Dems are proud of it?
