Sex differences and AFib: New study flips conventional wisdom (Women have it 50% more often, by height)
Medical Xpress / Cedars-Sinai Medical Center / JAMA Cardiology ^ | August 31, 2022 | Christine Albert, MD, MPH

Posted on 08/31/2022 9:22:31 PM PDT by ConservativeMind

Science has long shown that men are at greater risk for developing atrial fibrillation (AFib) than women; but it has never been fully understood why women would be protected. New research challenges this conventional wisdom by demonstrating that women—when height is accounted for—have a 50% higher risk of developing abnormal heart rhythm disturbance when compared to men.

The novel findings suggest medical practitioners must remain vigilant in promoting AFib prevention—and early interventions—among both female and male patients.

"This is the first study to show an actual flip in the risk of atrial fibrillation," said Christine Albert, MD, MPH.

As Albert explains, the taller an individual is, the more at risk they are for AFib. This is why women have been shown to have a lower risk of the disease, since they tend to be shorter than men.

"Our study, however, surprisingly suggests that if a man and a woman have the same height, the woman would be more likely to develop AFib," said Albert. "Now the question has changed: Instead of why are women protected, now we must seek to understand why women are at a higher risk."

Atrial fibrillation is the most common type of abnormal heart rhythm and, without treatment, can lead to stroke or heart failure. Once a woman is diagnosed with AFib, she is more likely to experience one of these adverse consequences than a man, making AFib prevention exceedingly important in women.

Patients diagnosed with the condition can be treated with blood thinners and outpatient procedures such as cardioversion or ablation, or heart surgery, but women are less likely to undergo invasive treatments for AFib such as ablation.

The most effective prevention strategies against AFib in men and women, Albert says, include maintaining a healthy weight, controlling blood pressure, limiting alcohol use and exercising moderately.

Women now need to be the ones on top of this concern.

It hurts both sexes, but strangely, women more, proportionately, both literally and figuratively.

AFib is now more common among women, post Covid vaccine perhaps.

>> medical practitioners must remain vigilant

unfortunately, that requires ethics which they’ve abandoned.

Honestly… my heart rate changed during covid and now seems to be higher post covid. I remain in the .02% of healthcare workers who are not vaxxed. I say that as an estimate of frontline healthcare workers based on observations only. We have the wear a mask. Not sure about providers, but close where I am.

How do we know the “women” in the study were actual women?

I’ve been researching the neuroscience of consciousness and how it interfaces with the physical body for over thirty years. Three weeks ago I pulled the cardiology physiology medical textbook off the shelf and began outlining it in detail.

Specifically, I was researching the masculine vs feminine aspect of consciousness upon the heart and its electrical system. The heart is very unique in that the electrical impulses normally continue for several hours, and as many as twenty five hours after the heart has been removed from the body without external support.

The Bachmann Bundle is an electrical neural connection from the sinoatrial node in the right atrium to the left atrium. It appears that this is the location of the heartache experienced when a couple breaks up.

Specifically, there is a heart disorder called Takotsubo cardiomyopathy or “Broken Heart Syndrome.” This is when the heart muscle becomes suddenly stunned or weakened. It causes an enlarged and misshapen left ventricle.

In 2013 UC Davis did a research study and showed that when couples are sitting near each other, the females heart rate and breathing adjusts and synchronized with their masculine partner. This synchronization did not happen if the two were not in a relationship.

Masculine and feminine consciousness form two fields around the physical body that extend many feet beyond the physical body. These fields are physical to my perception ever since my NDE over thirty years ago.

I have found that the two fields connect to the inflow and outflow of the heart much the way a lamp needs two electrical connections to turn on the lamp. Both the inflow and outflow are equally important.

These same fields have defective connections in heartblock.

It has also been my experience that when a spouse dies, their is a period of time that the surviving spouse’s physical body moves wildly in a circular motion when I stimulate this field several feet from their physical body. It’s like they were a catamaran on the ocean and suddenly they lost the stability gained through their connection to their partner.

I’m like a walking MRI and feel the details of brain and neural electrical activity in the body of people near me. I noticed that the heart pain is in the bottom of the heart if a parent is lost. The center of the heart if it is an ego identity injury, and in the top of the heart if the loss is a partner in a relationship.

This barely scratches the surface of what I have discovered, and I have barely scratched the surface of what there is to learn.

The key ingredient is LOVE which is a real physical energy that attaches to both the masculine and feminine consciousness between two souls or within self. It stabilizes consciousness so it can reach higher frequencies.

I hope this makes sense as it is sometimes difficult to communicate what I perceive that is invisible to most people.

Perception of reality is a function of the frequency of consciousness from which we view it. This is how the mystics of all religions do what they do.

When I do demonstrations, I demonstrate the differing attributes of masculine and feminine consciousness. It’s easy to understand the process if you understand these differences.

Feminine consciousness attaches while masculine does not attach. This is the reason the feminine field synchronized with the masculine partner’s heart and breathing and not vice-versa. (U C Davis Study above)

It’s also why the feminine “feels Love” while the masculine does not. The masculine consciousness does feel the pain of the absence of Love when their partner pulls away.

Please note I mentioned masculine and feminine, not male and female. All humans have both attributes of consciousness.

This is also the reason why people get car sick or sea sick. It’s a function of the aspect of consciousness that is dominant and stimulated by the environment.

Yup. everything is related to the vaccine. Women never got a fib prior to the vaccine. You are right as usual. 🙄

I have a tall female friend with A-fib, so this makes sense to me. She was diagnosed in her early 70s.

I really think you struggle with English and could benefit from Google translate. For example I never said anything about women not getting a fib prior to the vaccine - I said perhaps the ratio of women to men has changed since the vax.. I never said everything is related to the vaccine. You basically got my entire post wrong through misunderstanding the language and then snarked as if I was the one distorting the truth when it was you.

See? You just did it again! Really, at least TRY Google translate - people might begin to understand your snark if you do.

The revealing of the Pfizer research notes that showed a 40% miscarriage rate during preliminary testing says it all for me.
