Just what the title says. I'm trying to find some legit sites that help calculate ivermectin dosage rates in US measures. Please offer more than one site if possible. I have the Barnhardt site, but it's in mg/kg measures, which my dummy math-challenged brain can't get my arms around.
Thanks ahead!
I thought it comes in pill form?
Anyway, if you do not even understand what the dosage is, please do not do something that stupid.
Syringes are in cc’s. 1 cc = 1 ml. The injectible I drink orally is from a 50 ml vial which I have popped the injection port off and use as a stopper. I take a dose measured for a 2300 pound person, I use 2.5ml/cc per dose. Since it is bitter, I add cranapple juice to the 2cc and then take 4oz of more juice to chase it.
If you can handle math in tens, I suggest you don’t pursue this any further. Spend your time learning simple arithmetic. Don’t be an illiterate and more importantly, don’t admit to it like in this post.
All right, first off, y’all need to back off. This isn’t for anyone self-medicating. I’m helping my high-school son put together a very bold paper arguing for treatment options for Covid that have been banned or belittled — sort of how you folks have been approaching my question.
I’m not looking for opinions. Read the title. I’m looking for sources.
I guess just as I’m math challenged, some of you seem to be reading challenged as well.
Make that a dose for a 200 pound person! A giant I am not
Thank you. This is helpful.
Not math challenged. That PC crap doesn’t fly. You and your son have zero legitimate reasons to be mathematically illiterate. That’s tough love. Now go out and change it. Stop being a pussy.
ping for later.
.009 times body weight in lbs will give you the ml/cc oral dosage. Most people simply use the bovine dosage by weight on pamplet for ml of ivermectin taken orally in water instead of injecting.... I am not recommending anyone try this.
I intend to use this table if I get sick.

A doctor prescribed IVM for my folks, and my sister and I when we moved in to take of them when they had covid.
See below link for info;
Note 1 kilogram = 2.2 lbs
1 milligram = 1000 micrograms
1% injectable is 10mg per ml
Do not inject it. The dose is to be taken by mouth.

1 cc per every 100# of body weight
though it says injectable, Take It Orally (regardless of whether you are a dog, a goat or a person)
and take it with a belly full of quality food
I have been taking ivermectin on and off for decades
freeper little jeremiah built a massive archive of Ivermectin studies and articles
glean through those and you will probably find more than enough legitimate studies that your son can reference in his thesis
also, you have mail
That rule does not apply to horse medications. Equine practices differ from those that you find in the human heath world.
Thanks to everyone who reached out to help. I should note that the idea is to take it orally, the only reason I mentioned injectable was because that is the compound he is using for the example — but again, not to inject.
