Striking surveillance footage shows the dramatic moment a Russian puppet official who switched sides in Ukraine is assassinated by resistance forces.

Askyar Laishev worked for Ukraine's internal security service (SBU) before joining the Moscow-backed Luhansk People's Republic as head of intelligence in 2014.

But members of Ukraine's National Resistance in the war-torn Donbas, eastern Ukraine got revenge by bombing his car as he drove through the city on August 11.

Laishev made his way out of the car after the explosion, the underground fighters said, but died days later in hospital.

t follows the similar killing of Putin official Ivan Sushko in Zaporizhzhia this week.

The National Resistance stated: 'We emphasize once again that collaborationism is harmful to your health, so every traitor has vain hopes that retribution will not come to him.'

Newly released CCTV video shows Laishev's car explode on Shevchenko Street, Staroblisk in Russian-held Luhansk, which fell under Russian control in early July.

The huge explosion is followed by the flaming wreckage continuing to move down the street.

Ah yes another stupid prediction to write down so it can be shoved down ones throat in the future

——-
No, I will not shove Vlads liberation of the ethnic Russian territorial areas down your throats. I will however, like Biden’s Covid vax hoax, laugh at how many people got suckered in.

Ukrainian Army recruiting in Odessa

Every time I read one of those ridiculous posts on FR about the patriotic Ukrainian who is eager to fight for Ukraine I think about the HUNDREDS of posts and videos of Ukrainians on the internet which demonstrate the reality which is the exact opposite of the FR B.S.

The Russian have been stalled for the last two months. The gains that they have made are insignificant, measured in feet rather than miles.

Easily disproven...for example, two months ago the Ukies held Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, and now they don't.

That’s very conceivable replacement for Putin is far more hard line. DC and WEF hopes they can place a western puppet in and loot Russia like it was the 90s again. Too many Russians remember those days. That was like the great depression here.

Exactly, perhaps the most disturbing is the young Ukie woman getting her notice that she must register for the military ( conscription). Never mind the hundreds showing young Ukie men running away from the Ukie conscription officers sent to homes, churches, and night clubs. Drafting young woman sounds not only immoral, but desperate.

One stuck in my mind, a 60 year old man leaving church and the conscription officers are waiting then nab him to give him his notice. Ukie law states the conscription notices must be given in person.

Also, keep in mind western Ukrainians are more “ pliant”, as they hate the Russians, moving east towards the Donbass ( ethnic Russian population) the highest amount of draft invaders and huge amounts of desertions occur.

I know all to well, I was there then training Ivans for years. I know Russia very well.

The ages old EU saying was, and still is ( especially in Poland), “when shaking hands with a Ukrainian, be sure to check how many fingers he stole”.

Less that a week from two months ago. "Two months" was just a rough number. And those were the last real gains that they have made. My point is made.

To the contrary, Pidor Putin has lost net territory from Russia’s peak of advance. Russia is now on the defensive.

Looks like Crimea is being abandoned by Russia. So are all the troops west of the Dnipro.

I have no inside knowledge, but I don't believe Crimea will be abandoned. It is a strategic asset. But time will tell.
