Frisco Police arrested three people on Friday in connection to a shooting at a local Wendy’s restaurant.

Frisco Police received multiple calls reporting gunfire at the Wendy’s restaurant at approximately 8 p.m. Aug. 17 in the 5500-block of Eldorado Parkway.

Responding police officers learned a customer in the drive-thru was unhappy with their order, then entered the store and began arguing with staff. Following the dispute, the customer returned to his vehicle where he retrieved a pistol and fired into the front of the location before fleeing. No one was struck by the gunfire and damage was limited to the establishment.

Based upon vehicle information and video evidence, Frisco detectives identified the suspect as 19-year-old Christian Ellis of Glenn Heights. He was subsequently arrested on Friday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

Two other subjects in the vehicle, 19-year-old Tyran McLeod and 33-year-old Shaquita Glaspie, both of Little Elm, were also arrested and charged with failure to report a felony, a Class A Misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in prison and a fine up to $4,000.

The bond for Ellis was set at $100,000, which was posted resulting in his release. The bond for McLeod was set at $5,000, which was posted resulting in his release. The bond for Glaspie was set at $5,000, and she was transported to the Collin County Jail.

Uh, sorry, police but your demographic percentage quota LIMIT was reached for August. It’s late August now.

Perps have to be non persons of color.

And remember your Driving While Black limits. Tip your cap , smile, apologize and say “Hope the rest of your day is a good one. Thanks again for stopping.”

In his much earlier series he corrected Bert D’Angelo superstar about using Frisco. It’s San Francisco.

A little bit of meaningless 70s TV trivia.

They'll be white in the "Law and Order SVU" episode about the case.

Defense Lawyer: Your honor, no one was actually killed and the limited damage probably gave Wendy's the impetus to remodel the area of the store and thus gain a foothold against the fast food competition. It was a favor in a way.

So the two yoots posted a total of 105K bond, whilst the 33-year-old F doesn’t.

Am I allowed to guess the profession of the 33-year-old F?

There’s one in Colorado too since I stayed there. Had trouble sleeping due to the altitude.

Unfortunately, no. But I expect a lot of them will close in black areas and move out to the suburbs and have security measures in place.

Then these same blacks will complain about food deserts.

These are the types of criminal thugs that our govt bends over backwards to make excuses for. Literally everyone should start carrying and be prepared to use deadly force to defend their lives against garbage like these cretins.

Frisco is in Texas. News to me.

Frisco is an upscale burb 20 miles north of Dallas, it's where the Cowboys now have their HQ.

What were denizens of South Dallas County doing in Frisco? Seeking reparations?

I'm speculating here, but a difference in language may have been the culprit. Frisco is a go-to burb for H-1Bs from India, like my burb, Valley Ranch. They have a pronounced accent, which can be difficult to understand...as with customer service reps on the phone.

So the order didn't come out right...the perp obviously took it as a sign of disrespect, so he went and got his gun.

He also obtained his bail very quickly, too quickly?

Glenn Heights is very close to the town where the youth football coach was murdered last week. You can draw your own conclusions.

Frisco, Texas in 1987 was a farming town of about 400 people.

Now it is about 150K in high end houses.

Back then the high school mascot was the Coons.

Now it is the Raccoons.

Go figure.
