Unfortunately, no. But I expect a lot of them will close in black areas and move out to the suburbs and have security measures in place.

Then these same blacks will complain about food deserts.

Must be an individual jurisdiction thing.

We certainly could, and did in a few cases, get them here in South Dakota, where I worked.
