Jared Kushner dismissed the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago as just another attempt by Donald Trump's enemies to bring him down.

Speaking for the first time since the raid two weeks ago, Kushner told Fox News' Mark Levin on Sunday evening that his father-in-law is a 'fighter' and contradicted Justice Department claims that the search was to find classified documents Trump took from the White House.

'It is giving a lot of people who want to believe in the fairness of the judicial system and our democracy a lot of pause and concern,' Kushner, 41, said.

Since the raid on Monday, August 8, reports emerged citing anonymous sources who claim a Trump world informant was likely the one who tipped off the FBI that the former president could still be in improper possession of official documents and materials.

Some have even speculated that the inside informant could be Kushner.

yes i know but he knew where he would be interviewed several weeks ago so knew he would have a built-in platform due to his book. of course MAL would come up. he is hardly PR-oriented and always stayed away from the microphone - for good or for bad. so he would be the least likely to come forward to jump on MAL s&s spontaneously - but wonderful forhis book tour.

I don’t like him, but I don’t think he’s the snitch. PDJT is the goose that laid the golden egg, so what would be the point? I know Javanka has money of their own, and there’s a chance China made him an offer he couldn’t refuse, but I just don’t think he’d do it. Too much to lose, family-wise — the big picture..
