One political party (the more corrupt one) is trying to jail the other. If there are not SWAT raids on both Clintons, the 0bamas and the entire Biden family then there will be no truce. I read the article, even after the author said good things about George Will. But I still don’t get the Rubicon analogy. About all I can make out is that the author says Biden is willing to use violence against his political rivals. OK, sure. That has been obvious for a long time.
