Medscape editor and author Dr. Bret Stretka, MD, died suddenly after a seizure last week according to his wife. Stretka was 43 years old.
Stetka also contributed to Scientific American and NPR. He was the author of the 2021 book, A History of the Human Brain.
Stretka’s last post on Twitter was July 21 and featured a photo of his young daughter reacting to getting a COVID vaccine shot.
Stretka’s wife, New Yorker writer Amanda Petrusich announced his passing on Twitter and GoFundMe Thursday with an appeal for donations for a college fund for their daughter, “Last week, my husband @BretStetka died suddenly after a seizure at home. He was 43; we’d been married 17 years. Our daughter just turned 1. My family set up a college fund for anyone who might wish to make a donation in Bret’s memory. Love to you all.”

Indeed they are...
Everything is a SADS MYSTERY … just ask the (few remaining) resident FR $$s.
Only the paranoid survive. Andy Grove escaped communist Hungary during the 1956 uprising. Made his way to America. He rose to become CEO of Intel. The same WEF maggots who are driving Dutch farmers off their land, want you to get vaxxed to the max.
Well. As I was one of the physicians testing it, I speak from personal experiences. I know what the census was and how sick people were. You really should let go of the narrative of your friends told you something.
The blind holding of conspiracy theory as reported by talking point is as untrue today as it was a year ago.
I met with many of the maintenance staff in hospital networks who had to set up entire wings of hospitals for correct ventilation flow, sheeting, etc. They even set up testing in parking decks to keep those who tested positive out of the hospital. They ended up taking it all down after having six people at most. Six. They lost millions of dollars.
That "narrative" my friends told me included how the deaths from the flu disappeared for two years while magical COVID-1984 beat the flu.
It was outright scam from day one in order to overthrow President Trump by forcing mail-in voting.
He was a neuroligist and an author while she’s a writer for the New Yorker and they need funding for their child’s education? Did he have life insurance? Utter BS!
For only a few remaining, they sure are noisy and annoying. 😏
Like swarming gnats!
Wouldn’t a 43 yo medical doc have enough sense to set up his family with plenty of life insurance and other financial security mechanisms??
Begging with a GoFundHer???
And yet I was there personally. With other doctors. Working the delta surge in the SE
I rather enjoy when people twist themselves into pretzels to hold the narrative they need to believe. Incidentally what I have said is not mutually exclusive to some of the things you have said. But I see the judgmental ones have surfaced. They are sad, you see?
