Metallica's frontman James Hetfield has reportedly filed for divorce with his wife of more than two decades.
James, 59, filed documents in Colorado to divorce long-term partner Francesca Hetfield, according to TMZ.
The two are said to still be in touch as they co-parent their daughters Cali, 20, and Marcella, 16, and son Castor, 18.

The guy was known to have a short fuse and go off at any moment.
They’re not a drug band. He has always had alcohol issues.
Sad. Divorce solves nothing. Period. In other news, if Hatfield gets that big D, then his three kids will be psychologically destroyed for ten years and then maybe feel like living again in their 30’s. He should just do what my relatives did: reach their 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary by sleeping in different rooms, avoiding each other for thirty years and loving each other in last ten years.
