The suspect has a serious criminal history, violence, assaults etc. Wendy's put him nose to nose with the public. They should have done a basic preemployment background check to avoid this massive liability.

Prescott Valley is not an urban area. It is far north of Phoenix and very white. The fast food places probably have a difficult time finding workers. So, either they have to restrict their hours or are hiring convicts like this guy straight out of jail. When the guy is not robbing them blind, he is beating up the customers.
