Tesla has decided to deploy a swimming pool at a Supercharger station in Germany as the automaker is starting to invest more into amenities around its charging stations. But that’s a whole new level of charging amenities, even for Tesla.

Last week, we reported that Tesla deployed new cube lounges at a Supercharger station with automated coffee, food, and more.

The automaker is still exploring options to provide amenities and fun activities for its customers while they wait at charging stations

The beauty closest to the camera resembles a woman that broke my heart long ago. She also looks like the woman I married years later. Both are conservative, and that’s ultimately what matters most — not joking.

The faster, high voltage charge cycle cut the life span of the battery by about a third. So you get to replace the battery pack sooner. Is that a perk or a feature?

Another thing to pack, besides your swim suit, are some marshmallows. You can roast them when the guy charging bursts into flames...

Something that tends to slip by all the EV fans. Of course you can legislate technical progress. Just a detail of the Great Reset.

or hamster wheels so Tesla owners can generate their own electricity while they wait.

It might speed up the charging process. 😀🤭😆

Wow. If they put in a bier hall with servers like that, I’d complain to Tesla for it not taking long enough to charge the battery. Here’s a brilliant idea: Put long treadmills in the bier hall, connected to generators that charge the cars. A bier wench runs at the front of the treadmill, while the hopeless sap waiting for his car to charge runs at the back. Whoever runs the fastest definitely wins; either the wench escapes or the sap catches the wench. Of course, Plan B for the sap, failing to be fast enough, could be to flop like a sack of potatoes on the treadmill. The wench would easily escape, but at least the sap’s car would take longer to charge, giving him more time at the bier hall.

NYC to LA. 2445 miles. You’ll get an
opportunity to swim 8 times. (if you
drive straight thru) @ 300 miles a stretch.
Plan on at least another 24 hours travel
time.

Now that Tesla's promise that by the end of 2021, all energy dispensed from their Superchargers would be renewable has proven to be nothing more than marketing BS, they are trying a different strategy.

Maybe they can install charging stations at the "special booths" at Tempelhof airport and other locations in Germany.

Sex booths first appeared in the city of Utrecht in the Netherlands in the mid-1980s, and the concept has subsequently spread to multiple European cities.

In 2001, the city of Cologne in western Germany created a facility with security cameras and alarm buttons at each booth.
