I just read that there were Secret Service agents present at the time of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.
I also read that a warrant was never produced.
What was the SS supposed to do . . . who has the power to do what at a time like this ?
The CORRUPT FBI showed his lawyer the warrant....10 FT AWAY!! They made the SS TURN OFF ALL THE CAMERAS!!
It gave him all the political cover he needed to plead the Fifth Amendment in his New York State civil deposition today.

They have none authority to stop the search. FBI had a warrant. Nothing they could do. Or risk getting locked up for obstruction.
Therein lies the rub. One would think that a simple request would be made to allow a search. NOPE.

Good question. Maybe like it is when a mafia don is scheduled for hit. They first contact the guy’s bodyguards and invite them to step aside. Doesn’t look to me that he can depend on the Secret Service for protection.

“Funny” how that worked, no? The Lord works in mysterious ways ... Trump has always seemed to have an angel (or two or three) on his shoulder, protecting him.
Jack Maxey has said that there are some “dangerous people who are getting so desperate, they will make mistakes.” He has since added to that statement “The Trump raid was a mistake.”. I think Jack is correct. - the backlash has been horrible for the DemonRats, Garland, Wray, even FJB. The White Hut aka The Regime DID know ... whether FJB personally knew (or could remember) is another matter.

The SS agents do not wear uniforms.
Secret Service doesn’t interfere with law enforcement actions against their principal. They only ensure their principle’s safety. If you recall, the Bush girls were reported to Texas police because they were seen drinking underage in a restaurant. Note: the Secret Service was aware they were drinking underage. It’s not their job to enforce the law against their principal. When local cops showed up and arrested the girls, the Secret Service only observed to ensure their safety.
I’d think that the SS wouldn’t do anything to stop a search if Trump weren’t there.
They’d probably have strong opinions as to whether he’d be put in handcuffs.
