I take 15,000 units/day.
Recommended amount is 4,000 units per day. More than 10,000 can be dangerous. Remember…vitamin d is actually a hormone.
I take 10,000 units/day as part of my prophylaxis against the China Virus.
If and when the China Virus goes away, I’ll cut back to 5,000 units/day which is where I was before the China Virus caused me to adopt a prophylaxis against it. Successful so far.
Sounds like way too much; recommended is 400-800 units per day. Vitamin K2+D3 (one pill) is better.
