As this Census Bureau information from 2020 shows in stark terms, quite a few ethnic groups in this country do better than the average American, and of those non-Whites, many are far above the average. If racist practices were the predominant factor determining success or failure in this country, the truth of the data in this graph would be inconceivable. Note also the statistics in the chart insert that many ethnic minorities (non-Caucasians) do far better on higher level education than the US average. Again, if America was systemically racist, those people would be at the bottom, not at the top.

Institutionalized racism, under the name of “Affirmative Action”, is alive and well. It’s being added to with government contracts that force a percentage of the work go to firms designated as Minority Business Enterprises (MBE).

True. Whites need our own ADL and NAACP. And Whites need to become as hypersensitive as every other group. Zero tolerance for any anti-white racism. We need to create our own Twitter storms and "No Justice, No Peace!" protests every time there's an instance of anti-white racism.
Unfortunately, many conservative and libertarian whites are still stuck on "individualism." But that only works if everyone is an individualist.
There is strength in the collective. A unified, collective tribe will always crush the lone individual.
Whites are like a herd of zebra. We allow the lion pack to pick off the lone straggler, and are content that it wasn't us that was picked off. We engage in White Flight and hope we can escape to a "safe neighborhood," too bad for the Whites that are left behind.
My observation is that racism toward whites is strong, growing, and is encouraged by the media and government entities.

Finally, the number of college educated immigrants is highly misleading. More than half went to college in their home country, and almost none of their diplomas are recognized by USA employers.

The democrats labeled immigrants and categorized them as isolated, monolithic voting blocks. Conservatives made them family, we had children, and those children are now MAGA hat collecting voters.
So the left can shove that “racist”, “white supremacy” BS so far up their arses that they can see light from the other end.
