Whatever these shop owners do to stop these events, I’m giving
sign off on it.
This either has to stop or society is just done for.

These high end shop owners know how to stop it, it is not being done. What are you implying? Insurance fraud?
I wonder how long before insurance companies stop covering businesses in the city.
To: Fungi
Probably out of fear they’ll be prosecuted.

No. Reinforced doors that close shut upon command while the criminals are inside. I have not “implied” anything. Learn to read.

Nothing to see here. Just feral descendants of the Indians who are getting payback for selling Manhattan for beads and rum.

Who is the Brainiac that thought it would be a good idea to open a jewelry store business in the ghetto?
How many cannibals in the Bronx can afford to pay for jewelry? This was an inside job.

Dumb question: Why is such valuable merchandise kept in such fragile display cases?

And here I was thinking about mob protection. That would have worked in the '60s. Swift justice and all that. Hyman Roth would find the right protector for them.
