Well, I figured out why the MSM calls them MSM (men who have sex with men) instead of ‘gays’. I had forgotten about bisexuals.

it will be just like AIDS, and be almost exclusively gay people.
To this day 80%+ of Aids cases are gays (and in my opinion most of the rest are probably in the closet or having sex unknowingly with someone bi who is having sex with a gay)
