Maybe it’s all part of Klaus’ plan to get us plebes to give up all travel. Never travel more than 50 miles from where you were born in your entire life. No vacation trips. No cars.

Real planes can dump fuel in an emergency, maybe this one will be able to eject batteries...sucks to be where they land, but omelette/eggs you know.
He admits that "electric" (coal-powered) airplanes will be inferior to existing kerosene powered airplanes.
Well, I guess they could melt down all of our pre-1982 pennies in order to get the copper.
But we're talking science here. Why fix something that isn't broken.
Shorter flights means multiple stops and changing planes unless you wait hours to recharge the plane. Also, the higher you fly, the colder the air. Cold air reduces the battery charge time and battery life. No thanks.
This will only drive people more to cars and trains. When these planes start falling out of the sky, that’s the end of airlines.

Much like everything they do, it is simply a con job to get the sheep to vote away their freedom, liberty, stored wealth, and future labor. There is no climate crisis, there never was. They push a lot of these cons to scare people. This one seems to have stuck enough that they are going for it.
I can think of nothing in the world more valuable than human labor... and they want it for themselves. The concept of America is that labor is yours, among other things. I really have a distaste for these crooks.
In a free market system things change on their own usually for the better and at the right time.
This is not that. As we will see.
19 seats? 100 seats? 800 mile flights? Will you have to land and re-charge twice while flying between New York and Los Angeles? All because of the lie called “climate change?”

Practical ones that can carry heavy payloads long distances safely and reliably?
No. Get real.
Let politicians fly in electric planes. Add Al Gore too. Make them self-driving and restrict their flights to avoid victims on the ground.
