The preferred tool is a battery powered Sawzall with a Diablo carbide blade.

About 30 seconds.

I’ve always said that they should make an alarm that when triggered by someone monkeying around with your Cat, the tires automatically deflate.

Read about that usage but in the picture of the woman reaching under the car she didn’t have any tools with her.

My 90 chevy 4x4 has a big one. It rarely goes very far, but I have a nice 4’x4’ chunk of 9 gauge expanded metal that I’m going to bolt to the bottom of the frame soon. Barbed wire wrapped around it is a possibility as well.

“What would happen if a dozen of these people got shot, trying to steal these converters?”

That happened at a Joe V’s Smart Shop (Grocery Store) in Houston several months ago. An off-duty cop returned to his car and found them trying to steal his catalytic converter.

BTW one easy way to prevent this is to par nose in rather than back in. If you back in thieves can hide between cars.

True that but where’s the equipment to chop off the converter and why doesn’t the picture show it in her possession?

“She has a tattoo on her left wrist and something similar to a paw print tattoo on her chest.”

Need close up so we can see and identify the paw print.
