And in some cases, a trial judge who has been reversed on appeal feels that they were ill advised by the appellee and may then tilt toward an appellant who won on appeal.
Not always. In years past, I had quite a bit of experience as a Florida GOP staffer and political consultant. In Florida at least, the state GOP played to win and scorned the press. Do that for twenty years and you get a solid GOP legislature and a governor like DeSantis.
Agreed. Unfortunately, political corruption and vote stealing are so deeply entrenched in Chicago and numerous other Dem strongholds that investigators and prosecutors have never been able to break the system.
