SICKLY Vladimir Putin hobbled along the red carpet with his arm hanging limp by his side as he arrived in Iran today.
Footage of the Russian leader's arrival showed him shuffling down the steps of his jet as he landed in Tehran to meet with fellow global terror master Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
With his right arm limp by his side, Putin, 69, was seen looking unsteady on his feet as he walked down a long red carpet rolled out for him at the capital's Mehrabad airport.
The Russian dictator is right-handed - but there's speculation he's ambidextrous as he wears his watch on his right hand.
He briefly waved to the gathered crowds before being whisked into his presidential convoy to the city.
Putin - who is rumoured to have Parkinson's or terminal cancer - and hardline Islamist tyrant Khamenei are set to discuss war plans and weapon exchanges in their coordinated campaign against the West.

Appearance certainly does not match the headline. The only thing was, for a moment, his arm was not swinging, but he could certainly used it. Energy level was normal. Makes Biden look decrepit.

The media is as obsessed with Putin’s health, as they were with President Trump’s. They’d like to see both men dead, although I haven’t figured out which one they’d like to die first.
I wish he would tell Biden to quit persecuting, shooting and imprisoning Americans who protest.

Watch the video. He practically runs down the steps. Then watch as they strip his jacket off as he enters the car. Arms seem OK to me. And he does not look overweight.
Putin looks a LOT more sprightly than Pedo Peter. Seems jovial even.
