They seem to be on a terror this year.
I have tried Grubex. I have used Mole Max. And I have sprayed castor oil and dish soap.
We've had ton of rain this year and it seems like everything is getting washed away.
Have any tips on trying to reclaim my yard?
Not a bad idea...I could save my singing for family affairs....LOL...
Moles feed on grubs, worms etc (Moles = meat), while Vols feed on plant roots (Vols = vegetarians).
For some reason, I was expecting that link to have something to do with Caddyshack.
Dogs that like to dig them up. My Chows are pretty good at this, surprisingly... although their digging can get rather “enthusiastic”.
Varmint Cong!
I sold the house and moved. No more moles in my backyard.
Post a sign with a picture of the mole and a red circle with a slash through it.
When the moles see it, they will turn away.
Yes. I love the pounce dance.
Need someone Incredible to take care of them em...

Very true.
A small amount of kitty kibble or something does wonders for keeping the cat on patrol.
We found a way that works 100%. Find an old cheap push lawnmower or other Briggs Engine. Take the blades off.
Find a flexible SS hose to replace the muffler a few feet long. ( You will need an adapter fitting) Carefully open up a mole hole and stick the pipe down the hole. Start the engine and leave it run. Carbon monoxide will infiltrate the tunnels and kill them all.
Be CAREFUL and do not touch the exhaust hose till it cools a long time.
My sister’s country guy boyfriend used a pitchfork. Worked just fine.
Treat it like a sporting event.
Purchase and use a Whakka Mole killer.

Really works.
Absolutely! A Jack Russell is a stone cold killer of vermin. They live to kill. When they find a heavily infested area they are a sight to behold.
Yep - have killed a couple of them with that “trap.”
