BS!
Nothing to stop the doctor from performing a C-Section ...
Abortion law has nothing to do with that.
Big deal. My SIL was to have twins, but one died about six months in.
She carried both to term and gave birth to one health boy who turns 21 next week.
Not sure what your motivation is for sitting around and looking for these stories, but this is the second similar story you have posted this morning.
They can come up with these “horror” stories until they’re blue in the face, but it doesn’t change anything. Roe v Wade is gone. If they want different outcomes in their states, leftists need to convince enough people to side with them.
It’s democracy — you know, the thing they scream continuously about...
Wait until crazed Libtard zombie women start killing themselves with coat hangers on Facebook and CNN 🤪
I’m confused. CNN states that this woman was carrying a dead “fetus”. In order for the “fetus” to be dead, it had to previously be alive. What is a this fetus, that was alive, if not human? Wouldn’t intentional and purposely killing a human that was alive be murder? I thought abortion supporters claim that the “fetus” is just a bunch of benign cells that were not alive - not really different from a cancer tumor. Carrying around a dead cancer tumor would not be troubling to me.
Pro-abortion people have been preaching extreme lies against pro—life people for so long they actually believe their own delusions. No, pro-life people don’t have a problem with removing a dead fetus from the mother; quite the contrary actually, as anyone with common sense would recognize.
And refusing to take care of this woman so as to stage a fake news event is just sick. The law doesn’t prohibit such a procedure and they know it.
BS! They're making a political statement. They know good and well that a miscarriage means the child is already dead.
i dont believe this story..but if true..why didnt she just go to neighboring state
I have never heard something so stupid
Lies. Just unbelieveable.
Another blatant lie
This is a lie. The definition of abortion in Texas law does not include dealing with the aftermath of a dead child in the womb, and it does NOT include an ectopic pregnancy.
The radfem extremists are lying to create propaganda.
Sec. 245.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) “Abortion” means the act of using or prescribing an instrument, a drug, a medicine, or any other substance, device, or means with the intent to cause the death of an unborn child of a woman known to be pregnant. The term does not include birth control devices or oral contraceptives. An act is not an abortion if the act is done with the intent to:
(A) save the life or preserve the health of an unborn child;
(B) remove a dead, unborn child whose death was caused by spontaneous abortion; or
(C) remove an ectopic pregnancy.
(2) “Abortion facility” means a place where abortions are performed.
(3) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(62), eff. April 2, 2015.
(4) “Department” means the Department of State Health Services.
(4-a) “Ectopic pregnancy” means the implantation of a fertilized egg or embryo outside of the uterus.
(4-b) “Executive commissioner” means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
(5) “Patient” means a female on whom an abortion is performed, but does not include a fetus.
(6) “Person” means an individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association.
The stories——all of the sudden, BS stories with the addition of “denied” her right and voila, abortion lies. Gosh, I despise our pravda minions in the so called “media”.
I knew of two women who did this for medical reasons. Life is tough sometimes
That subsection defining abortion is from CURRENT Texas law.
Absolute BS. To put it plainly, if the baby is dead then removing the body from the womb is not an abortion. This is just fear-mongering.
They are wrong and full of manure - there are clauses to get an abortion in these cases
