2, over easy, with hash browns, rye roast and lashings of hot sauce...
Pickled Eggs ?
Cereal and milk every day will do the trick. Or take a 10 minute walk...the sun doesn’t have to be shining.
I hardboil eggs....egg and olive sandwiches, add to a salad...which I eat every day.
sausage... bacon...
That’s why farm boys have bones strong as I-beams... Lots of milk and eggs every day.
wow.
another Government funded study.
I’m shocked.
Telling us something....again....that we already knew.
And the cholesterol thing is a bunch of nonsense. Eggs can actually be beneficial to your cholesterol profile by increasing the "good" and decreasing the "bad".
Me too.....add sauerkraut and pickles....with the pickle juice replaced by red wine vinegar.
Eggs are good.
Eggs are bad.
Butter is good.
Butter is bad.
Coffee is good.
Coffee is bad.
Wine is good.
Wine is bad.
Deakin University in Australia. We get to enjoy their research results. It doesn’t say where the university got its research money.
I didn’t know that eggs were one of the few foods naturally rich in Vit D. Plus, no change in blood lipids from an egg a day. That is good info.
It’s far better that the government pay for this research instead of gazillions more on “equity,” trannies, homos, and other useless “studies.”
Oh, so this is the “eggs are good for you” part of the year. I always forget in which part of the year that narrative starts. In six months, I assume it will revert back to the “eggs are harmful to your health” setting.
I used to have a picture of two headlines, six months apart, from the same newspaper. One stated “Why Eggs Are Harmful to Your Health” and the other “Why Eggs Should Be a Part of Your Daily Diet”.

I love eggs. One of my parents had some kind of sulphur allergy. My DNA indicates I have a higher chance of egg allergy due to SNP rs6498482.
But when I tested for it with a blood test it came back negative for egg allergy.
However, in trying to figure out what is wrong with me I have started relying on my DNA so I cut out eggs.
Sure enough, I felt better and some of the weird stuff went away.
I dont know what to make of that but use it as a suggestion for people who were tested and came back negative for egg allergy.
btw, I am trying the blueberry diet for psoriasis. That and a red light for 5 minutes a day is making a difference. Some people have had success trying those things. Psoriasis cures are hit and miss and you just have to try things
also if anyone wants something beyond 23andme Nebula.org is still doing their $100 off lifetime subscription for their whole exome test. The coupon code is PRIMEDEAL. It is expensive but still cheaper than a whole exome test done at places like Blueprint Genetics or Prevention Genetics which is the expensive testing Drs order.
The whole thing is almost $500. You dont need it unless you are in diagnosis hell with clueless Drs.
I went over the article a few times to find what kind of vitamin D IU we can expect from an egg but didn't see anything. Did I miss something?
Here's a link to a page that actually goes into surprising detail about vitamin D IU in egg, depending on how it is cooked.
Amount of Vitamin D in An egg
Whole eggs have a lot of protein....good for weight lifters.
I eat two hardboiled eggs every day, with the yokes slightly soft. I heard the soft yokes were better nutritionally.
