On Friday, attorney Tony Buzbee reported that 30 women claiming sexual misconduct have come to settlements with the Houston Texans.

This comes after it was alleged that the Texans organization was complicit in providing Watson with massage therapists and creating appointments. After the news was released, the Texans were instantly hit with lawsuits from Watson’s accusers.

It is important to note that the Texans settled with 30 women, which is six more than the 24 who sought legal action against Watson.

Yeah most people don’t see the line between illegality and just creepy.

This is more likely an example of the latter.

I think he took a lot of actions that suggest his guilt. Most professional athletes get free massages from their team - and these are highly qualified massage therapists. Or they spend a lot to get a top flight one on their own.

This guy was finding ones on social media. Barely license or unlicensed. He also made a shady agreement with one agency.

He went to at least 66 different massage therapists in lest than 1.5 years. Does that make sense?

The Texans have fans? I live around the trash can called Houston, and you don’t see much Texans insignia around here. It could be just were I frequent though.

Surprisingly, they do. I live outside Houston but work in the city. I see Texans insignia on vehicles all the time. Even when I followed football I had given up on the hapless Texans. The local sportscasters always give more time to the Texans than any other sport. You can have the Astros making a run for the World Series and the top sports story will be the Texans opening their training camp. Go figure.

The question in my mind is are these women that naive or were they prostitutes looking for a big payday. What sole proprietor, attractive single female in her right mind would go up to a male’s hotel room looking to give a young, naked, male a massage? You might do it if you were licensed and sent by a brick-and-mortar company to complete such a task but otherwise.....

It is not politically correct to ask such a question.

I don’t know if it was a hotel room. One woman said she didn’t want to meet him, but he kept talking about how it would benefit to her business to have such a famous client.

And the Browns are going to pay DeShaun Watson $230 million never to play a game for them.

What makes you think that? The NFL is doing everything it can to help diminish his punishment. They’s like to give him two to six games punishment.
