Ukrainian-born Congresswoman Victoria Spartz has sent a letter to the Biden administration demanding an investigation into Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy advisor Andriy Yermak, who is suspected of being an agent of the Russian GRU, the Kremlin’s offshore intelligence arm.
“Today, I sent a letter to Joe Biden with a request to provide a briefing on the supervisory procedures that are carried out regarding the head of the Administration of President Zelensky Andriy Yermak,” the congresswoman said.
“Based on a variety of intelligence, Yermak’s actions in Ukraine and his alleged dealings with Russia, Congress urgently needs this information to confirm or deny various serious allegations, ” Spartz said.

Andrii Yermak is a President Ze advisor – without a position. He is nothing in the Administration – no position, has not been assigned. Yermak’s uncle is GRU. SBU [Ukrainian internal security] knows about Yermak’s ties to GRU and does nothing. Reportedly Yermak ordered demining of Crimean link to Ukr continental land and demining of Kherson [which aided Russian advances in southern Ukraine]. Yermak pulls the strings on many questions – he makes this without any legal authority. SBU insiders-Yermak is bisexual and has relations with Ze [President Zelenskiy].
CIA has been aware about Yermak ties for 3 years. Despite that they continue to meet with Yermak. Example: McFaul-Yermak committee.
Hoping that knowing he is a double-agent, CIA can control Yermak, but Yermak works and orders and his mere presence in the office of President and his presense in the Chief of Army HQ allows him to report to Russia. He is a rat in Ukraine. He is a money launderer. Yermak laundered money for Yanukovich, Poroshenko, corrupted army generals in Ukraine, corrupted generals in GRU in Russia. He is corrupted money-launderer. What’s more intriguing is that CIA knows about this and continues to work with this individual when the country is in the war. Every day, Russian army kills people. Every day, Yermak works as double or triple ? (for UK also) agent reporting to his puppet-masters in GRU and CIA.
Ukrainian media outlet Censor.net/ua wrote, Spartz also noted that Yermak appointed Oleg Tatarov as his deputy for law enforcement agencies to fight corruption, who, on the other hand, “as President Biden is well aware, has been delaying the appointment of an independent anti-corruption prosecutor for over a year, which has led to the incapacity of the SAP and NABU.
“In 2020, before his appointment, Tatarov was under investigation by NABU, where his case was allegedly improperly transferred to a regular prosecutor and closed. Tatarov was also a high-ranking police official under former President Yanukovych, persecuting Euromaidan participants.
Victoria Spartz is the first ethnic Ukrainian woman in the US Congress. She was born in Chernihiv Oblast and moved to the United States at the age of 22.
