I’ve done what would be considered a strong dose 4-5 times. That provided a noticeable improvement in mood for 2 weeks afterward. Much better than pharmaceutical antidepressants which never did anything positive for me. I’d probably do them regularly if I had access to them, thinking of growing my own.

I lost two friends to LSD. One I didn’t see for about a year and he had been doing multi day trips. When we reconnected he was a different person. I couldn’t carry on a coherent conversation with him anymore.

The other one was a four year separation where he had been tripping regularly. He didn’t even know who I was.

And the strangest of all was guy who was nuts in regular life. Just a crazy, animated guy. When he was tripping he was a normal person. Had a brilliant mind and went on to make bank as a chemical engineer.
