She obviously didn’t bother to read or understand the ruling.

This statement “ Harris said that women have been stripped of a ‘constitutional right’ following the Supreme Court’s decision “ is so off base.

The ruling was about the law. And the lack of good law in the precedent.

Vice President Kamala Harris says that congress needs to act and pass a law guaranteeing abortion rights to American women.

Didn’t the Supreme Court just rule that it is none of the Federal Government’s business? Any law they would pass would be un- constitutional.

But that point is moot since the Democrats will not be in any position to pass such a law in the near future.

So what we have have here is nothing more then empty promises to the sheep that vote for Democrats.

It has been a long standing tenet of the left that no litmus test questions are allowed for a USSC Nominee.

I would like to hear her attempt to point out the exact words in the Constitution that allegedly give women that right. She can’t use the “I’m not a lawyer” excuse.

I've read that RBG disagreed with the Roe decision. If that's true I would think that she put her opposition in writing...or,if her views were spoken, that somebody quoted her in writing.

If she was opposed...and there's a clear record of it...those views should be shouted from the mountain tops!

I hate to break it to people, but this decision was not a victory.

Are we really supposed to believe that the same SCOTUS that enabled Deep State to end the republic gives a rat’s a$$ about the unborn?

Deep State controls the SCOTUS.

And Deep State is blackmailing wayward Dem pro-choice voters: Keep voting for our candidates or we won’t fix this.

And if they don’t, this decision gives cover for another steal.

How about we restore the republic before we deal with abortion.

If we don’t get our republic back, everyone will be in danger, including the unborn.

Funny the WH LIEING secretary, oops I mean BRIEFING secretary, says that Abbott cannot do that because immigration is a Federal thing. I guess kind of like ABORTION is like a STATE thing according to the equal branch of government called THE SUPREME COURT.

Hey Kamala, what about all politicians who campaigned one way and voted the other? Should they be impeached as well?
