Kamala refuses to say if SCOTUS judges should be impeached for misleading Congress about their views on abortion

Vice President Kamala Harris says that congress needs to act and pass a law guaranteeing abortion rights to American women.

In an interview with CBS News' Robert Costa, Harris said that women have been stripped of a 'constitutional right' following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade.

Harris said: 'I think all of us share a deep sense of outrage that the United States Supreme Court took a constitutional right that was recognized, took it from the women of America.'

The vice president continued: 'We are now looking at a case where the government can interfere in what is one of the most intimate and private decisions that someone can make.'

The interview will air on CBS's 'Face the Nation' this Sunday.

On Friday, President Joe Biden signed an executive order designed to help women travel to states where abortions are legal as well as expanding access to abortion pills through the Department of Health and Human Services.

Harris said: 'We also need Congress to act because that branch of government is where we actually codify, which means put into law, the rights that again, we took for granted, but clearly have now been taken from the women of America.'

-——Deep State controls the SCOTUS.-—

Well now, that is a strange assertion.

Scotus is controlled by 4 justices of which three were nominated by President Donald Thump. The logical conclusion if your thought has validity is that Donald Trump acting as President is a member and in fact leader and of the Deep State.

Since we all know that fact is untrue, we must conclude that your assertion is fallacious

Funny the WH LIEING secretary, oops I mean BRIEFING secretary, says that Abbott cannot do that because immigration is a Federal thing. I guess kind of like ABORTION is like a STATE thing according to the equal branch of government called THE SUPREME COURT.

I believe they only said that the right to abortion is not in the Constitution. The Congress will have to pass legislation in order to make it the law of the land since the USSC ruled this right is nowhere in our founding documents.
That still leaves the normal legislative obstacles in place including the filibuster and the need to have a supermajority in Congress for legislation this divisive.

Hey Kamala, what about all politicians who campaigned one way and voted the other? Should they be impeached as well?

We are now looking at a case where the government can interfere in what is one of the most intimate and private decisions that someone can make.

Gas or food
Car payment or rent
Electric or gas bill
Goodwill or Walmart
