President Trump on Monday responded to RINO Liz Cheney’s interview with ABC’s Jon Karl in which she suggested the January 6 Committee will recommend charges against Trump.
Trump ripped Cheney in a July 4 post to his Truth Social page.
“Warmongering and despicable human being Liz Cheney, who is hated by the great people of Wyoming (down 35!), keeps saying, over and over again, that HER Fake Unselect Committee may recommend CRIMINAL CHARGES against a President of the United States who got more votes than any sitting President in history. Even the Dems didn’t know what she was talking about! Why doesn’t she press charges instead against those that cheated on the Election, or those that didn’t properly protect the Capitol?…..” Trump said in a post to Truth Social on Monday.
Toxic RINO January 6 Committee vice chair Liz Cheney told ABC’s Jon Karl in an interview that aired Sunday that the January 6 panel may make multiple criminal referrals to the Justice Department.
“Ultimately the Justice Department will decide that,” Cheney said trying to fight back against accusations that the J6 Committee is acting more like prosecutors rather than a legislative body.
“What kind of man knows that a mob is armed and sends the mob to attack the Capitol and further incites that mob when his own vice president is under threat, when the Congress is under threat?” Cheney said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” using Cassidy Hutchinson’s false testimony to attack Trump.
“I have greater concern about what it would mean if people weren’t held accountable for what’s happened here,” Cheney added. “I think it’s a much graver constitutional threat if a president can engage in these kinds of activities and the majority of the president’s party looks away or we as a country decide, you know, we’re not actually going to take our constitutional obligation seriously.”
When asked if the January 6 Committee will possibly criminally refer Trump to the DOJ, Cheney responded in the affirmative.
“Yes,” Cheney said. “The Justice Department doesn’t have to wait for the Committee to make the criminal referral – there could be more than one criminal referral.”

Her percent in the GOP PRIMARY IS probably below 30% by now, so she has gone full wombat and created her own reality. She may have less of an idea where she is or who she is than Brandon, and that is saying something

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but the J6 Unselect Cabal was created for one, and only one, thing: to provide the “smoking gun,” even if it is completely manufactured, so that Merrick can bring a charge of insurrection against Donald Trump, and hold it in the DC Court, with an Obama judge and 99% of the jury pool would convict Trump of eating a ham sandwich, let alone fake charges of insurrection. Remember, they are convicting J6 members for standing around when a a normal prosecutor wouldn’t touch a case like this with a ten-foot pole.
Unfortunately, although the conviction could (and will) be appealed, Trump’s name will be kept off the ballots and he will not be allowed to fly around doing rallies. THIS is the game plan, and unless we can get a heroic jurist in the midst to hang the jury (and probably twice), then it’s game over for Trump.
Stopping Trump is the top priority for Democrats and the GOP RINO wing of the Uniparty. Cheney thinks she has the power to do so, thus I think there is a 99% chance she will try.
She has nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain.

The DoJ filed motions for and won (Deep State Judges) preventing Stone and others from even making certain Defenses.
The Judges prevented certain Defenses altogether, they suspended the Statute of Limitations, they raided Lawyer’s offices - and said Lawyer- Client privilege was superseded.
Amy Berman Jackson before hearing one of piece of evidence offered that Manafort may spend the rest of his life in Prison.
They had papers written up to charge Flynn’s son, and a Judge refused to dismiss the case long after the Prosecution said they wanted to drop the case.
I say the evidence will be barred from the Public in any Court Proceeding.
