I notice when he shows up at rallies he is by himself and always wearing glaringly obvious, distinctive getups, like the “Where’s Waldo” outfit and also the shirt with the giant smiley face, as if his purpose is to stick out from the crowd, either to be noticed by reporters or someone he is trying to impress, maybe for potential use in his videos or as narcissistic self promotion, or to troll... recall in 2016 the ex-con Robert Creamer, husband of a notoriously liberal Illinois congresswoman, was involved in schemes to infiltrate Trump rallies with scruffy paid agitators to trigger fights that would be captured on camera so the press would smear Trump, and Project Veritas caught the guys involved bragging about it on the record. In stands to reason that such dirty trickery would call for outlandish unique costuming so as to make it easy for allied photographers to catch the street theater among the huge crowds...the financiers of Creamer’s false flag ops would not just leave coverage to chance. What better target for a cameraman than a guy with a giant smiley face sweatshirt, or a guy wearing a Waldo hat? At one point Trump had to cancel a major rally in Chicago because of infiltrators, as a matter of fact, and I wonder if this is the hired help? Crimo has a song entitled “Smiley face Soldier” and had photos of wall graffiti of a crude soldier with a smiley face, so it could also be self promotion. I don’t know what the lyrics to that song are, can barely stand that crap. Just food for thought.

The numbers 23, 47, and 115 seem to be of significance in decoding Arcturus, however, Arcturus remains an unsolved mystery.
I’m curious as to when he got the “47” face tattoo. 47 is a thing apart from 4-7...4th of July... I wonder if the date was picked for reasons other than it being Independence Day.
