Didn’t the SCOTUS decision make this illegal?

It was all about eliminating “may issue”, was it not?

"Didn’t the SCOTUS decision make this illegal?"

The communists have a simple, albeit a tried and true, strategy...
When faced with a legal decision they disagree with, create new bad laws that ignore those decisions...
This allows them to administer the bad laws while the courts spend 3 years determining it is bad...
Then, when the next decision comes down, ignore it by creating another bad law to administrate for the years it takes to get the latest one through the courts...

Then the communists rinse and repeat as many times as necessary...

Remember, it was an illegal Kenyan who first decided that SCOTUS decisions he didn't like were really just suggestions...
He got away with it and every subsequent communist ruler is going to do the same thing, whether it is city, county, state or federal...

I read much of the opinion for a change and it was clear about “objective standards” that could be construed as gun training, background checks, and a fee. Yes, I know all the mentioned can be manipulated, but I believe the opinion was very clear on requirements. I could be wrong.

It will never hold up in court. You cannot have a subjective method of depriving people of their rights and call it due process.
