I lived in California for 15 years as I pastored two congregations. I'm now retired (mostly) and have lived in Texas for five ears. How tragic to see leaders in CA be prideful about the so -called right to butcher or poison their children. Woe to those who call evil, good! At least here in Texas unborn children have a chance. Loving organizations offer help and support. On another note, wouldn't it be ironic if the people illegally coming over the border became citizens and voted Republican because they are pro-life, pro-family and pro-God.
I wouldn’t count on it.
Amen, God bless you and Yours.
Buy millstone futures now.
BTW those coming over the border will vote their own self interests, and the CA government has been doing their level best to buy that demographic for years. How else would Sacramento have become so utterly radical and dismissive of the middle class?
Hoping illegal aliens vote Republican is no reason to abandon the rule of law and give them amnesty.
Bush League Republicans have been trying to use that tactic since the last amnesty.
I’m hoping the libMarxists decide TX is so reprehensible they just stay out.
If border-crashers overwhelmingly voted R, the wall would be up next week.
You might be pleasantly surprised during the Long Game. And this is definitely a Long Game. The children of illegal immigrants are even more likely than black people to vote for Democrats. But the grandchildren, and all the generations that follow, vote like white people.
You're seeing this phenomenon in Texas RIGHT NOW. Governor Greg Abbott (R) won the last election with a plurality of the Latino vote, including a slim majority (50-49) of Latino men. In a special election earlier this month, for the first time in 150 years a Republican is representing a congressional district in the Rio Grande Valley. Her name is Mayra Flores. She's also the first member of Congress who was born in Mexico. And she's a REAL conservative.
Even blacks could be viewed as "natural born Republicans" because they're socially conservative. In a 2008 California poll regarding Proposition 8, a state constitutional amendment banning same sex marriage, blacks were more likely than whites to support the ban.
But they've been thoroughly bullsh:tted by the propaganda minions of the lunatic left-wing fringe, into believing that the Republican Party is racist.
This is the era of the brave Christian conservative woman. Lots of role models out there!!
Definitely not advocating amnesty. Just saying if it comes to pass, it would be ironic. But I am no prophet of the future except what God’s Word points to.
I must say that they only children that California politicians won’t allow to be aborted are anchor babies.
They are truly evil and sold out to Moloch.
The Rats believe they automatically get the illegals. Not sure about that.
