More drivers should have helped this guy get the shit off the road. I would suggest however that when you drag them to the side of the road and farther that you put them face down. Pull by anything you can get hold of.....arms, legs, hair, ears. You get the picture. If these clowns were treated this way they would probably not do it again unless they were slow to learn DemocRATS.
