BREAKING: Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives at the Kremlin at 23:00 with his full security detail for an unknown reason.

Putin urgently came to the Kremlin, the reason is unknown. Unofficially, the arrival of the President's motorcade to the Kremlin at 23:00 was reported (a couple of hours ago, Putin was in talks with Lukashenko in the Konstantinovsky Palace in St. Petersburg).

Supposedly Putin’s grand plan is to merge Belarus with Ukraine and put Yanukovych in charge of the merged territory. Lukashenko is supposed to be livid. And now Putin is taking away all of Belarus’ artillery shells and shipping them back to Russia. So it’s not the best of times between them.
Is it possible that after spending the day with Lukashenko and doing other errands he decided to sleep in his own bed?
He probably did not realize that the West will go into the full panic mode over this decision?
