Just an aside, Congress can act so quickly on legislation that destroys people's rights, the economy or defend the borders of foreign nations, but they won't do anything about the invasion occurring at our southern border. Only 12 divisions (230,000+) of illegal aliens crossed the border last month. That was unopposed ... actually assisted by traitors.

Useless because it’s a whole bunch of referencing existing legislation so the language is; strike this and insert that - add this to the end of that. You’d have to have the wording of the other legislation and go back and forth between them taking notes.

Damn sure not enough time for the people to decipher and I wonder if other congress critters had time. Probably not since all dems plus 10 repubs were all lined up to approve. Deal worked out and agreed upon in committee(s) and the rest of congress plus the people be damned.
