Nope
Lol, so no problem then. Itās not like Fed moneyās ever been used to coerce the states to do things.
Update! Here Are the 14 GOP Senators Who Voted to Advance the Bill
Republican Senators John Cornyn of Texas,
Thom Tillis and Richard Burr of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky
I don’t think the GOPe is filled with cowards, that’s an act, they simply hate their own voters. Would rather be Dems, but a Dem can’t win in Utah, Texas, etc.
My bad. I left several out.
Update: 14 Republican Senators voted to advance the 80-page gun control bill:
Roy Blunt
Richard Burr
Shelly Moore-Capito
Bill Cassidy
Susan Collins
John Cornyn
Joni Ernst
Lindsey Graham
Mitch McConnell
Lisa Murkowski
Rob Portman
Mitt Romney
Thom Tillis
Todd Young
Thereās thousands of illegal laws against an actual right that states āshall not be infringed ā. Screw you traitors!!
Why do we waste our time with these backstabbing cowards? Seriously do they ever keep a promise? When do they not ever give in to the Democrats on conservative issues?
Next up they will do an amnesty deal and that will assure the Democrats retaining the House. The gun deal probably cost them the senate. The GOP is the epitome of liars, snobs and walking talking traitorous cowards.
Yikkers! And the folks say we wear the tin foil hats and are crazy!
Unless overruled this will not end well. Not at all.

What specifically do you think is unconstitutional? There is no national red flag law, despite the wording in the tweet. Just grants to states that want to implement them.
This whole thing is a big nothing. If you live in a free state, nothing changes. If this deflects from real gun control, it is a small tactical win.
Trust me, progressives will be creaming the loudest. This gives them nothing.
Welcome back to the feudal system of guilty till proven innocent.
King George 3rd just popped a grave boner.
I havenāt seen the following on any major news sites, which i would think all news sites owudl carry it if it went through, but
āBreaking: Supreme Court Rules āRed Flagā Gun Laws Unconstitutionalā
The ‘safer communities act’ makes communities safe by disarming them so that criminals won’t have to face any real resistance when they commit their crimes- /s
there are now so many rinos that it’s called the gang of 20 now
Thanks for the correction.

That thread reads like full senate agreement to proceed to consideration, or else cloture.
A smiling Cornyn tells Padilla, "First guns, now it's immigration"
"That's right, we're going to do it," Sinema added
In the GOP there are RINOs, closet RINOs, future RINOs and a small handful of people with principles who have little to no influence on the party itself.
Prepare to be disappointed (yet again) when Republicans “take over”. The are sheep in wolf’s clothing.
Already done!
These @ssholes are just thinking they are clever skirting around the 9-0 red flag laws ruling but .. that has been decided on too!
(See that ruling below the Caniglia case)
May 17th, 2021
Caniglia v. Stromās 9-0 decision has the potential to create lasting effects and set precedent as powerful as was DC v. Heller in 2008.
For the first time in 13 years, the Court upheld both privacy and gun rights, this time unanimously.
If Caniglia v. Strom teaches us anything, it is that the government cannot justify itself around the Fourth Amendment to invade private residences based on fear or gut feeling.
McDonald v. City of Chicago
A case in which on June 28, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (5ā4) that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, applies to state and local governments as well as to the federal government.
