Didn’t look very long but I couldn’t find it. You might have more luck... Several years ago there was a joke email sent around, complete with pictures, of the new “FedEx People Pak”, or something like that. It showed 6 foot tyvek padded envelopes big enough for one person. It was hilarious, with descriptions of how to order one and ship it, when you would arrive, and all kinds of details, as if it were serious. Kinda like a Babylon Bee article.

I don’t know about passenger rooms below water line, but there are decks with people on them working. Like laundry, trash, etc.
However, I think that if the ship filled up to the normal water line, every one on the ship is goin’ under.

If you are in the lower innermost seat, and you have to get up to use the loo, it will be very difficult for everyone who sits closer to the aisle, whom you will have to dislodge, in order to get out and go. This is completely impractical.
