A suspected tornado caused major damage to a Meijer Distribution Center and several other sites in Miami County early Wednesday evening.
Other damage was reported in Darke and Clark counties, as the storm system rolled across western Ohio between 5 and 7 p.m.
t the Meijer facility off South County Road 25A in Tipp City, the roof and back wall on the northwest corner of the building collapsed.
“I did see a funnel cloud in the area,” said Tipp City police Sgt. Corey Rismiller. “I did see debris coming off Meijer’s roof.”

I follow Steve too. He delivered to the Meijer plant early Tuesday night. Slept on property, then when to a the Miller Coors facility yesterday. They hooked up his trailer, but then cancelled it due to a “quality hold”. He was at a Truck Stop in Springboro last night.
Note, Steve never mentions his customers but you can often figure out based on location.
Remember that man is in charge of the earth’s weather.....
