Okay, finally got Covid, may have had it previously. But this time, temperature is 104-105, sore throat, congestion, cough, achy joints, etc.
I have not received any of the experimental Covid vaccines, but am current on all other medically recommened and approved shots. I am 62, technically obese, and have a bad history with H1N1 vaccine in 2010. In that, I ended up in the hospital for a week, diagnosed then and later with an enlarged heart and irregular heartbeat.
Doctor is currently offering choice of Paxlovid or Sotrovimab monoclonal treatment, plus ibuprofen.
Anyone got thoughts and history with these two approaches? Or, something else to do?
Noting RANSOMNOTE.
Paxlovid is a 3CL protease inhibitor, that big pharma charges $800 for treatment, despite the risk of a rebound infection with it. If you want a safer 3CL protease inhibitor, many plant products do pretty much the same thing.

“quinine in it.”
Not anymore it does it contain it. But you can get quinine (chloroquine) with Cinchona extract.
