Ten of those 52 people who were shot died, authorities said. More than a quarter were wounded in a single police district on the West Side. Memorial Day weekend in Chicago has again lived up to its violent expectations.
By Tuesday morning, 52 people had been shot in the city over the holiday weekend, as the Chicago Police Department canceled officers’ days off in anticipation of the historically violent unofficial start of summer.
About half of the shooting victims were wounded on the West Side, while the South Side saw about 14 victims. The downtown area, which has seen several high-profile attacks in May, had four shooting victims.
By Monday morning, shootings had outpaced last year’s Memorial Day weekend, when 37 people were shot, three of them fatally.
Ten of this weekend’s shooting victims had died by Tuesday morning, authorities said. More than a quarter of victims were wounded in a single West Side police district —the 11th Harrison District —which had two mass shootings on Sunday:

Their plan is abortion upon demand (demanded by the Elites, that is) and extermination by street violence, drugs, disease, etc. if somehow they didn't get aborted.
Think of how clean the world will be when there is no underclass (or middle-class) to pollute it with their tasteless, gaudy, and primitive consumption.
Chicago's Southside, the Bronx, and South Central LA will all be plowed under and returned to a natural state. Maybe even Buffalo will run free once again in Buffalo.;-)

The scene in Chicago is the Uvalde school shooting over and over in relatively slow motion, but still far too swift and bloody for civilized society.
Until EVERY ONE of Black Lives Matter, then none of them seem to matter all that much. This is the greater tragedy.
Per WKBW, 2020 and 2021 were Buffalo’s most violent years in decades with 65 people killed in 2020 and 67 in 2021.
