"We have space to store (the new crop) although we have a lot of grain here. People are now partially taking it out, having agreed with those who buy it from the Russian side," said Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the Military-Civilian Administration.
Stremousov was also cited as saying the administration was working on the supplies of sunflower seeds to local and Russian processing plants.

That’s no different than saying the Nazis didn’t loot anything in Europe because the occupied countries and territories came under the legal control of Germany after their conquest.
That’s a weak analogy because in this case you’re strong and distributing the grain to the people who are now free of Nazi rule. The post war Marshall plan is a better comparison.
Russia isnt blockading Odessa- the harbour was mined by Ukrainian forces. Mariupol was demined of Uke mines by Russia and received its first ships this week.
