This is false - they did sell hamburgers previously at one time. It was a huge flop. This was after the Raffle Brother’s (RB’s = Arby’s) turned over operations to RC Cola.

Ground round or ground sirloin ... I prefer the ground round since it is much less fat. I make meatloaves using ONLY ground round for the beef.

Ground Round actually has MORE fat (20% on avg, though 15% in some cases) compared to Ground Sirloin (10% or less on average).

I went to Arby’s yesterday. Had the roast beef.

Ground brisket makes the best burgers.

I now buy coffee ice cream and mix with chocolate syrup and whipping cream. Cheaper and just as good!

what is your point?

are you saying steak is not beef? and actually, ground beef comes mainly from the chuck, up under the neck, but still beef

Heck, that is as much as regular hamburger around us

Waygu beef is known for its fantastic marbling.

So you take a crappy, low quality 70-30 ground beef and relabel it "Waygu" or "Kobe" and viola! you have tripled the price of the meat!

My wife usually does a 50-50 mix of 80% fat ground beef and Jenny-O ground turkey. Cuts way down on the fat intake and is quite good.

Looks good enough, except for that orange goo oozing out. I prefer mustard to slime.

“At $5.99 the percentage of actual Wagyu beef is going to be infinitesimally small.”

Best to read article before posting ...

I agree. Most people have a fast food favorite, some guilty pleasure they often pretend not to like until they’re alone.
Everything in moderation, of course.

When I’m in a rush, I love buying Two Tacos (w/o cheese)
from Jack In The Box. It’s only about $2.20 for 2.
They keep well for hours with no refrigeration. Not too greasy.

In the South, I recall Red Barn burgers weren’t bad. But that was 50-60 years ago. Who remembers the gas station fave, RC Cola and Moon Pies?

0.01% Wagyu, 99.99% ground beef.

This makes me wonder how they can call it wagyu.
