I’m no Bush fan, but this seems somewhat over-the-top, given the CURRENT world events.
At least Bush was no worse than any of the alternatives at the time.

Something on my mind. Bush had a freudian slip and condemned "the decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq – I mean Ukraine”. People leave out that he then mumbled under his breath "Iraq too".

Now this is either a joke (a very very poor and tasteless one) or it represents his real thinking. But does he believe that HE was the man who should have had checks and balances that prevented him from initiating a brutal and unjustified invasion? If not him, who? The obvious suspect is Cheney. Does Bush think he was manipulated into pursuing the war by Cheney?

Or is he just an evil SOB that knows it was brutal and unjustified and did it anyway and now that thinks it's funny that thousands of Americans died and/or were maimed over some lies he and Colon Powell pushed?

I see three faces in that photo that shouldn't have been president. Basically, between the end of Reagan's run and the start of Trump's term, this country had some of the worst leadership in its history. W was just one of four lousy presidents during that era, and now Biden is picking up the baton.
