The 22-year-old suspect who recorded himself repeatedly striking a 75-year-old vet in the head will not face criminal charges in connection with the attack. What are the details?
Authorities say Jadon Hayden pummeled Norman Bledsoe while the two shared a room at the Westwood Nursing Center in Detroit, Michigan, in 2020. Hayden also reportedly recorded the attack.
According to a report from WXYZ-TV, Hayden — who is said to have diagnoses of both autism and schizophrenia — pummeled Bledsoe, beating him until he bled from his head.
In the graphic video, Hayden said, "See this b**** a** n**** here? Get the f*** off my bed, n**** ... F*** wrong with you?" The video made waves across the internet at the time, prompting the Detroit Police Department to launch an investigation into the attack.
Authorities soon arrested Hayden in connection with the vicious incident and charged him with two counts of assault with the intent to do great bodily harm. The charges against Hayden were ultimately dismissed after a judge found him incompetent to stand trial. Bledsoe passed away two months after the attack, having been transferred to another nursing facility. Details on the cause of Bledsoe's death were not released at the time.

So true.
The crazy person actually turned himself in because he thought he was a danger to himself and others. The people in charge then placed him where he could do the most damage to others.

Quite correct. But then I noticed the location— Detroit, and suspect the caliphate there has some law against it.
Did the 22 year-old Negro muss up his Halo when he assaulted and battered the 75 year-old veteran?
If that was my Father he assaulted, the last thing he would be worried about would be going to jail...it would be trying to hid from me
Nope.
I remember this case.
The crazy person known to be nuts. He was in the middle of crisis and called his dad who told him to check himself into the mental ward.
So far so good and that is when it all went wrong because the Head Witch of Lansing had said if you tested positive for WuFlu you had to be sent to a nursing home.
Why?
You can never really get a good answer to that one.
So crazy guy, who tested positive, got placed in a nursing home. With old people. Who, if he actually was ill, he should not have been around in the first place. And certainly as a crazy person should not have been around defenseless people.
Now the nursing home also has to come in for a share of the blame because they were suppose to quarantine crazy guy.
Instead... "Nah... it's be fine! Just put him in with the old people."
Where is Paul Kersy?
Thanks for the background.
.38 Special is one need.
I actually went to that crappy blaze site to see if they mentioned any of the stuff about him actually turning himself in for mental health. They didn’t, which in my opinion is complete dog squeeze, what a lousy job at reporting.

It was a case I remembered because my dad, who was eighty, was having some health problems and they were putting pressure on my mom to put him in a nursing home.
My mom was as close to a break down as I have ever seen her over this although I kept reassuring her that dad was not going to a home. They would be moving in with us if that became necessary.
Thankfully he got better so they are still in their own place.
But this was such an incredibly sad story for the families.
Apparently crazy guy's family had done what they could to get him help but they kept throwing pills at him and letting him out.
Ironically you are more likely to get involuntary commitment over domestic issues then you are for being stone cold nuts.
At that point the entire blame for what happened next is on the government and the nursing home.
Of course, crazy guy should be locked away for the safety of everyone. That is a given. But our dear governor wit-less should also be charged.
Thanks for the update.
And I’m glad things worked out for your Dad.
It took me a while to figure it out but I have actually heard this in real life. When I was nineteen and had flunked out of college, I was hired on at a Swimming Pool Construction company. The owner hired ex-convicts but he would not hire thieves who might steal from him, only murderers. I was at a yuge Olympic sized pool pushing wheelbarrows full of cement to the professionals applying it to the walls. On one of the lunch breaks one of the ex-cons asked another one why he killed the man in the bar? His answer was Some People Just Need Killing. I had wondered what the letters meant when the obvious had been staring me in the face for fifty years.
Perhaps the article left out the part about the frontal lobotomy given the culprit?
Thanks. I had run searches on it, but came up empty.
Leadership in this country went absolutely insane in early 2020.
What the perp needs is a discharge, from a handgun, to his head.
This situation reminds me of the story of the angry prisoner who beat two child molesters to death in prison. He, too, was aware his anger was too great to contain, so he told the guards about it, but they refused to confine him somewhere where he couldn’t hurt himself or others.
So he found himself in a common room where one of the pervs was watching cartoons, as a way of being in-your-face to the more decent cons. So the angry mans tells the other people, “I’ve got this,” picks up a cane and beats the perv to death with it. He then went down the hallway to turn himself in, encountered another perv, and beat HIM to death.
So, if these people are saying that they cannot control themselves, the authorities better damn well do something, or else they share in the blood on their hands.
In other articles I’ve read it is said the family of this man is not going to let this go. I can believe it and if I were them I wouldn’t. I’d wait until he’s well enough to stand trial and make sure he’s in the 8 by 8 foot cell with 300 pound big bubbah.
