On May 2, 2022, a draft opinion regarding the reversal of Roe v. Wade was leaked from the Supreme Court. As a mark of disapproval, Planned Parenthood and a bunch of other abortion facilities, coordinated a nationwide event called “Bans Off Our Bodies” on May 14.
There were over 450 events across the nation as marchers aimed to “tell anti-abortion politicians:#BansOffOurBodies.”
We visited the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to hear what these protesters had to say and to put their vile displays and narratives on record.
One man was holding a sign that said “If abortion is murder then a blow job is cannibalism.” I don't think anyone in the pro-life movement believes that lone sperm is a fertilized egg but, to each their own I guess.
One woman, or rather, "person with a uterus,” gave a “visceral experience.” She came to the protest with blood dripping down her dress and legs and covering her hands. She also had a few hangers hung to her umbrella and droplets of blood made from red construction paper. On each droplet she had messages to “remind me why I’m here” … as if she would forget.
One man sat crisscrossed and screamed "Pro-lifers are pro-Nazi's and the Nazi's will bring an actual genocide. Thank god for safe abortions." I put a lower case "g" on God because God doesn't support the death of an innocent baby and there's no such thing as a safe abortion.
The worst part was seeing children handed signs that said “F**K YOU” or “My Body, My Choice.” Most were in baby strollers but told to hold these vile displays.
The insanity of these people can’t get much worse. Check out the video to see what we encountered.

If there really was such a huge outpouring of anti-upcoming-decision we’d see crowds the size of January 6 - ANYWHERE in this country they choose. There aren’t. You see a dozen Handmaids here, a hundred bus-in protestors there and a lethora of exhausting coverage of triggered college girls and “my body.”
They don’t have the support they try to make TV America think they do.

Good points. Trump has massive followings, abortion and lgbtq etc does not, but the media are engaged in creating the illusion that it is massive.
The lefts’ riots, looting, arson and murder will come this Summer, soon enough.

Most of these people saying “my body my choice” were 100% in support of mandatory experimental vaccines just last year.
The real ignorance is that over turning Row V Wade is not a question of abortion...pro or con. The question before the court is: Is Abortion protected by the constitution? With the exception of what is listed on the Bill of Rights, everything is up for the debate. Abortion is not a protected constitutional right. Roe V Wade is therefore a bad decision and should be overturned.
With all that said.... eventually (following initial extreme laws from both sides of the arguments) the body politic will likely arrive at abortions being legal the first trimester and illegal the last trimester. What happens during the second trimester will depend on the leanings of the individual state.
Abortion will and should forever be an evolving question as the science and morality of it all gets debated.....as it should. My belief is abortion will one day be viewed in the same light as slavery and Jim Crow laws, but I don’t know that for sure. Perhaps abortion during the third trimester will always be viewed as acceptable. No one knows.

If conservatives were the unlawful right-wing killers that the liberals say they are, they would show up at these events and dish out some justice to the baby killers. Weird that this never happens.

Can you give an example of a law that would be extreme law on the pro-life side?

Even though it is “legal” today, abortion today isn’t viewed as “acceptable” by 10s of millions. How do you envision the country moving from where we are today to where 3rd trimester abortion “will always be viewed as acceptable”?
I know, but they are wrongmand its high time the courts said so,by banning abortions. Let the left kick and scream al. They want, at least a majority of kids will be born now.
The question that I ask pro-choice women is “If you were to have an abortion, what will you say to your baby when you see him or her in heaven?”
