Milla Jovovich gave an impassioned pro-choice plea at a Women's March rally in LA Saturday, with fellow stars Kate Beckinsale and Christy Turlington also seen joining pro-abortion protesters.
'The Fifth Element' star also said: 'Now once that door is open, the Trump stacked Supreme Court will have the power to change the course of history by undoing every hard fought victory for human rights over the past 50 years.'
The Ukrainian-born actress mentioned the so-called trigger laws which will ban abortion in many states the moment that Roe v Wade was overturned.
Jovovich said: 'Women have always found ways to get abortions.' She added: 'To make this procedure illegal, won't stop women getting them. It will stop women from getting safe abortions!'
She was among thousands of abortion rights supporters who gathered for protests across the United States on Saturday.
It was the start of what organizers said would be 'a summer of rage' if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns the Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide.
There were large gatherings in New York, Washington, Los Angeles and Chicago on Saturday with some smaller counter-protests. Near the base of the Washington Monument at the National Mall, some protesters waved placards with messages including 'How dare they,' 'We are the majority,' and 'Fight Back. Protect Choice.'
Planned Parenthood, Women's March and other abortion rights groups organized more than 400 'Bans Off Our Bodies' marches for Saturday, with the largest turnouts expected in New York City, Washington, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and Houston.

I would like to be around when these pro abort public figures who did let one or two slide by have to answer their kids. Kids will grow up and see that their parent(s) were/are big in the pro abort movement. Celeb’s kids will have tons of questions that can’t be answered like “how did I dodge a bullet so you let me live, “how many brothers and sisters would I have had if you were pro life” plus tons more along thase lines.
I will say, about 25 years ago I think she was one of the prettiest women in the world - especially her face. At 46 however I don’t think she needs to worry about having kids.
The US has just about the most permissive abortion laws in the world. Almost all European countries.....y’know those oh so sophisticated Europeans Leftists think we should emulate in all things.....ban abortion after the first trimester.
BTW, the French have a ton of nuclear power plants. All European countries ban mass mail in voting and have extremely strict controls around absentee voting. All of them require citizens to show up on election day and show government issued photo ID. Several of them use paper ballots and have very strict controls - including a meaningful right to observe and object to each ballot by multiple opposition parties. Oddly, you never hear the Left touting any of that.
I'll concede that point when the left agrees that those who don't pay taxes get no opinion in how tax dollars are allocated, those who have never served in the military get no opinion in the use of military force or spending on military programs and those who have never operated a business get no opinion in corporate regulations.
I have yet to hear of a single feminist....including a few I’m related to....support choice for men. Suddenly being forced to become a parent against your will is just fine and dandy....so long as you are male.

Correct. One doesn’t have to be a gal to determine if the action is right or wrong. Ethical standards apply to everyone equally.
I think we conservatives get in trouble because we keep overestimating the intelligence of the American public. Our enemies can just make up any outrageous visual imagery they want - and as long as they say it with conviction, enough people will listen that they need offer no further explanation.
This certainly kills that impression.

In my fallen state I had girlfriends... We did everything for contraception. Some would be on the pill. Some on the patch. One who couldn’t take hormones so we used condoms and avoided sex during her most fertile times. And guess what. None of them ever got pregnant. These people are not in it for “hands off our bodies.” This is about having the monstrous power over the most innocent of life.
