Once is an accident. Twice, a coincidence. Three times is a pattern. But four times is an act of war. Who has declared war on us by setting fire and explosions to America's food processing plants? In the last four months, 16 major fires have erupted at food industry facilities and plants. Sixteen. This does not seem to be a conspiracy theory. It seems to be a conspiracy.
In a General Mills plant in Iowa this month, two major incidents within 48 hours took place; one was a roof fire, the other at a General Mills facility in Covington, Georgia where a small plane crashed into the plant.
Azure Standard, less than a week ago, burned to the ground in a massive fire. CEO David Stelzer is admitting that all Azure Market liquid products will be out of stock for the foreseeable future as a result. Around the same time, an important food processing plant in Salinas, California experienced a four-alarm fire. Taylor Farms California Foodservice production facility burned almost to the ground.
In March in Arizona, 50,000 pounds of food were lost to a fire at the Maricopa Food Pantry.
Also in March the Rio Fresh onion packing facility in San Juan, Texas experienced a significant structure fire. In April, New Hampshire's East Conway Beef and Pork slaughterhouse had a major fire.

Walmart fulfillment center, Plainfield, Indiana.

One thing I’ve wondered about is the number 16.
That sounds like a lot but in science a number means little if not compared to something. What is the standard or normal?
If 1-2 fires occur a year that is shocking. If a dozen a year then not so much.

Whomever is doing it is misreading the names of the target. Pfizer facilities. not food facilites.
That one hit a semi-trailer parking lot about 100 yards from the plant and was a genuine accident. Two people died.

We hooked up with a nearby beef and pork producer last summer - prices are a little high, but we know what we are getting (quality), and when things get scarce they would take care of their regular customers first.
(And we live in a tiny northeast state - so you know you can find this in any state).
Sorry Jonty, that is not compelling information. It simply means food processing plants are built to code. The code is in place because those who know fire are aware that almost everything will burn. For example, name any metal that will not burn. If you know of one, congratulations. You are about to become a millionaire.
I would have liked to believe that writers at The American Thinker would avoid the low hanging bandwagon stories, or would do the extra work necessary to get more information on fire causes. Unfortunately it looks like someone had a deadline, and needed a paycheck. A list of locations and a few ambiguous statements later and Bing-Bang-Boom! readers appear and advertisers are happy.
Done by foreigners, terrorist employees, hired affirmatively due to Federal law.
These kinds of moles are embedded throughout our infrastructure.
I can surmise what is coming next.
Considering there are over 34,000 food processing facilities in the US I doubt this is a major issue.
Certainly could be. At the least they would likely be influencing arsonists.
I live between Pitts and Clev. Lot of local food around.
Within 2 mile radius of me REAL LOCAL available:
Chicken,pork,beef,lamb,turkey at one place
maple syrup at another
vegetable farm at a third place
Then there is my place. I gots the best apple cider around..but in limited qtys for now...

I have read that fires at food plants are generally very uncommon. So this looks like a deliberate campaign.
May very well be, but I always like hard data. Otherwise it can be too easy for us to be misled by our own suspicions.
